If you do 10 minutes of workouts, never going to lose weight, a nice and beautiful body needs of at least 50 minutes daily.

Is it true that squats thicken and strengthen your thighs? If I want to tone my thighs and butt then what should I do? I don't want my thighs any thicker than they are now, I'm terrified of doing any squats now because I'm afraid they will get bigger

It's a good idea, but bores me a little repeat the same routine, I prefer to do fifty minutes of different exercises 😀 I love so much this channel anyway.
