@Bella Michaelis maybe you should make some exercise after belly workouts? Workout should make you sweat, because you must lost fat and when you want did it, you must work minimum 30 minutes.

Is it enough to do one XHIT workout in one day? Im new to this and could really use some help. How about you do a video explaining how many times a day or week and which kind of workouts should we do in a week.

rebecca, you're so fun and energetic. you are my favorite to workout with. but please, this room doesn't match your personality. it's a bit drab. a little room makeover or color change should do the job. anyway, thank you so much for all your videos. I've been following for more than half a year now. lost 40 lbs so far.

When i'm doing the one leg bridge raise i feel the burn in my thigh muscles, not really in my butt, is that normal?
