Hi Rebecca. I would like to request a video for a full body stretch post workout that will increase flexibility. I love your workouts, but I am struggling to find a good video that walks you through good stretches for full body. Thanks!

hi Rebecca. Which workout should I do to melt sides of my legs? In Turkish we call that "basen" 😀 i think this is the nightmare of all women in the world 😀 you are awsome and coridal by the way
