great workout as always but please stop the bouncing with the camera it makes me feel dizzy…
The only question I have about some of the recent videos is in regards to the 'tree pose'. It is not common practice to hold the bent leg to the side of the knee. Either above or below the knee to avoid pressure, injury etc. It makes me question the instructor when I see this, although I enjoy the rest of videos.

Can you do a leg work out that doesn't require tension on the knees. Like no squats or prosoner stands because I have pretty severe knee problems
