Does this really burn 50 calories? Because in a lot of their other videos they kind of overestimate the amount of calories you burn during their workout…
With the calorie burning thing….its soo confusing…..I have a air stepper and I've been going on that for at least 30mins during the week and it would say I burnt off 350+ calories each time…..(one time I did an hour with breaks included) and I went on calorie burn calculator online and that said I didn't even burn off 200 calories in that 30mins -.- I am 80kg

It certainly felt tough, but my BodyMedia Fit said I only burned around 10 calories.
