Hi Rebecca, i love your videos alot! I'm 13 and I really want to loose body fat and get skinnier and toned thighs, arms and stomach so i was wondering if this video helps loose weight and also what kind of diet and excersise you would recommend for young people who want to loose weight safely, anyone else who can help out and give some tips please do! 🙂 thanks

Hi Rebecca, that would be a good idea if you thought someday about to post a video about a special workout program for periods, some stretching, yoga or pilates… By the way thanks to xhit I've lost about 20 kilograms in 3 months!

Hello I actually have a problem and cant find solution for it, I get a lot of sweat while doing exercises at first i thought it is good but i lost 2 kgs in one day becz of sweat so what do i do to reduce my sweat during exercises…!

hi
so I started doing this workout with the abs and the arms one. the first day was motivating knowing how long it will take to get fit and storng but on my fourth day it became harder I started slacking and taking breaks and not working hard enough what should I do to keep exercising and working hard to get results.
btw I weigh 76, female, 17 years old, 166cm
