Burning 200 calories in 20 minutes really isn't that challenging. All you need is to not quit, if you are a beginner. 
If you aren't a beginner at fitness, 200 in calories in 20 minutes really shouldn't be too hard.
This work out is a lot more interesting than 20 min. on the treadmill though, definitely.

@rachel LPS unfortunately there's no such thing as "fat spot reduction" — you can't choose where your body loses fat but you can focus on toning your abs along with cardio for all over fat loss
