Those side oblique crunches felt like they were a waste of time but the next day, believe me I felt the burn!

Can anyone tell me if this give you results I'm 130 pounds 5,5 and have love handles belly fat , I'm tired of myself and want my body I'm shape .. If I do this 4 times a week or 5 will this help
