The World’s Oldest Bodybuilder Manohar Aich recently passed away and I thought he would be worthy of a video.

Does the pose on the left have a name? 3:06. It's really quite striking and very masculine.

The picture of him was not at 90 years of age, but of 75 years old. Still good though!

I love this post. What an endorsement for the life-long value of strength training. Sri Manohar Aich should inspire every single one of us who follows Nick's Strength and Power channel. Great coverage of all aspects of bodybuilding and powerlifting.

People think as soon as you turn 80 any illness or hospital visit could be your last. If you stay in shape there's no reason for it to be

2:20 I love how smooth looking their physiques used to be. Modern bodybuilders are so vascular, their skin looks rough, as if they got a permanent roadmap on their bodies.

Pocket Hercules was always famous when I was a kid! He did bodybuilding, fitness sports, and even strength sports proud! The fact he lived to be 104 yrs old is a testament to his legacy! I've always respected him and I believe he is one of the all time greatest!
What a legacy! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 My hero!!!

Lol, so he lived to 104 because he's 4'11", not really because he's a bodybuilder. Height is highly negatively correlated with mortality.
