As soon as I would get my period I wpuld go into the "I'm tired, don't feel energy more" NEVER AGAIN! Having this workout will keep me on track! Started my 2019 working out 3 to 5 days a week and plan to keep it that way!

I know is so hard and painful and when we get olders is worse but i try to be mentally strong and do everything normal . and do my workouts . and keep on going. the minds is very strong and we can control our body and emotions. we are already strong just for being a woman we can do this .👏

That was PERFECT!! I’m on day two of my cycle when my cramps tend to be the worst and I was looking for some sort of work out during period that wasn’t super strenuous but also wasn’t just lying on the floor doing twists for cramps. This totally fit the bill and I will definitely revisit it in the future if needed. New Subbie! 😍

I just tried this, yes, during the quarantine of COVID19 pandemic and I got my period, usually, when I am active at work and doing my daily activities, I just can ignore the cramp, and woke up this morning, tried one of the yoga workout, did not really sweaty. Then I decided to search another workout for PMS for my afternoon workout (yes, anyone can do twice workout a day when we just lockdown at home during weekend and almost doing nothing), I FOUND THIS AWESOME WORKOUT AND REPEATED IT TWICE (I listen to my body, and decided to try one more time, so in total I had 34 minutes workout and I LOVE IT SO SO SO MUCH) I AM SWEATY and HAPPY. Thanks, Jessica! More workout like this please and I will start subscribing your channel! Love from Indonesia! 🙂
