I can barely do the very first one😂
I know alot of people go into the comments to see if this actually works and people say 'i'll update' but dont and it really annoys me so im gonna do this workout everyday for a month and i'll check in ever week. My waist is currently 31 inches fyi

I actually found this workout easy because it wasn't as hard as her other and abb workouts😊and I don't know about this one yet since its only been about 2 to 3 days but I have been doing her other abb workouts and in two weeks I lost about 3 to 4 inches of my belly fat and I was extremely happy so guys be motivated this definitely helps its better than doing nothing 😜
the part below my elbow hurts when I do the planks. am I doing something wrong?

Wait does it change the shape. Bc I want my waist to like become slimmer in shape and size. I don't know if this makes sense but my hip is wide it's like a triangular shape. Does this workout help to make the triangular shape straight?? Or like smooth and slim??

I remember when I started doing these workouts, 6 months ago, and could barely finish it! I used to be on the floor for 5min after this one. Now, 6 months later, is just too easy! And that's a good feeling! 🙂

This workout is amazing. In less than a week my waist is already slimmer. I'm ready to add another 5 reps to this!!!
I’m so discouraged I’m terribly fat and my left arm is so weak and no matter how much I change my diet and exercise I haven’t seen any difference in my body and if you’re reading this thinking “how did she ever make it into sixth grade” I’m normally not this bad with grammar and punctuation I’m just terribly flustered and want to break sown in tears because half the reason I’m suicidal is because of my body that I’m so ashamed of and I just want to die in moments like these

I can feel a difference after 2 days! Ima get rid of my baby belly asap! Thanks for not wasting my time and getting straight to it with a good ab workout! The baby will be up from his nap just in time for me to get my abs back! LOL
Guys make sure to keep doing this workout ,and if you can, do it everyday.It does work ,but don't expect it to work the first time you try it ,cuz it wont .But if you keep doing this workout you will see progress.💪👌👍❤

Did this for 3 months and lost 3 inches off the waist. Did them everyday though!! And cut sugar out

I did this once and my stomach was BURNING the next day. Felt good.

My body is clicking squishing and making weird sounds…is that normal?
My legs hurt more than my core. :(((
I started this workout, two weeks ago and although I haven't done it everyday I've seen huge difference. I recommend everyone to keep going and stay motivated. Thanks Rebecca xx
