Your workouts are always amazing and I enjoy each and every one of them. As I said, its just my lower belly and thighs that I am struggling with. Lucy, I really loved this one. The jump swats were challenging and I worked up a sweat. With Challenge comes change. Thanks again. The workouts seem to be getting better each day.

I dont think I have 'glowed' so much in four mins in my life! Did this x3 times an burnt 50 cals in first around that only ten less then I would burn in ten mins! 153 cal total!

Love your videos. In just a few weeks, I have trimmed down into a nice shape and I just turned 50. I love yr workouts cos they are quick and easy, no excuse not to do them they are so short. I have more energy. I used to get sooo tired after gym and classes. Thank you, you beautiful person. Keep the videos coming. I'm addicted and they are part of my daily routine
