wow amazing workout without weights and not too much cardio/jumping. No cool down though but it's very hard on the core which is great.

I am so confused. The workout starts at 0:12 and there is a timer in the corner that's counting down from 20 minutes and yet the video is only 19:55 long, but the timer still stops at 0:00 at the end.
I have been trying a lot of types of workouts on and off, but POPSUGAR is my go-to. This also was one of the best videos I've done! Great, fun, and she lets you know when the last 5-10 seconds are so you don't feel like giving up. A real burner for a 20-minute video! Thank you, POPSUGAR and Heather Dorak!!!!! 😀

What type of warm up we should do before this work out.?
perfect for traveling! i did it in a hotel room few mornings
exercises are good but the sounds from everyone sound like a porn movie.. Take it easy on the moaning ladies.
anyone knows how many calories this burns approx?
I remember when I had a lot of lower stomach fat that I was really unhappy with but I did this and intense ab workout by gabrielle whited for 1 month and I already see stomach muscles and my fat has disappeared and I have a flat stomach now that i’m happy and proud of (btw I’m only 12 so this is a lot for me)
