Please don't take workout advice from someone who's on the juice. They can train a lot harder and heavier than someone who isn't on that stuff. And to those who don't know yes he is juicing. Trust me been in the game long enough to tell who's using and who isn't. You will burn yourself out and hurt yourself listening to him.

Legit Question here: Whats the point of conditioning the body to a certain amount of stress if it won't make the body stronger? You've squatted everyday before and have yet to break 600lbs. There's individuals under 200lbs who can squat 600+lbs and they've never had to squat everyday to "get the body accustomed". I see why you're always getting injured and barely hit prs. Squatting ur max everyday with no knee support seems foolish and extreme.
