My vacation is always one big wiggle room! 😉 Local food is hard to resist! But this year I'm planning to do some workouts while traveling and, what's more important, stick to this plan!!! And for the long flights I want to start preparing lunch/ travel boxes. Btw, you girls are great and doing fantastic job!

Have you ever had any illnesses or injuries? How do you keep working out? I got sick and it's hard to work out like I use to. (My knees bother me a lot for example) And I can't hardly eat anything without gaining weight.

Hmmm I never thought of using coconut water for cravings! I usually use it for my 16hr work days when I get dehydrated because I am too busy to drink or eat.

I swear you two are in tune with me bc I am feeling really stressed, trying to branch out into something new, and just traveled and realized how bloated I got but now it's going back down since I am back home.  This is the 2nd time I have been going through something and then you either blog it and provide some answers or post a video.  I love you girls and I can't wait for the day that I can meet and talk to you both in person…it's like you are watching out for me or seeing my stuff or posts and then helping me along the way like you are here with me.  <3 you ladies!  Cheers!

Hey girls, I have been in fitness for about 15 years and lately I've gained a little weight that I am not proud of and I'm trying to lean out I wish I could get the nutrition plan right now but it's just not in my budget I'm just wondering what I can do right now to lean out to flatten my stomach thanks girls
