This fat loss block has been my most successful ever. One of the big changes I've made to my training? Training full body instead of push/pull/legs.
ThankYou for that information !
You have something for 3weeks ? 😀
What's your schedule? Do you just do a workout every 2nd day?
Omar, what is your usual hypertrophy split? PPL?
I do this all the time and am growing at 50 years old. Get your rest and stay on the nutrition.
Omar with the Kylo Ren wideboi build
Please give us video of guy hanging by the ropes
I only listen to Ed Helms
Crazy you say that, cuz I just recently started full body training during my cutting phase.
6 days a week
Literally all it comes down to is high intensity cardio training(and weight lifting if you want to add some muscle). Back in my soccer days, during the season I was at 145lbs. During the off season I would gain 10-15lbs within two months. Back when it would start again we would do conditioning and within a month I dropped back down to my soccer form weight…then again we would do shuttle runs and run a good 4 miles every day.
Best executed product endorsement/placement/sketch in Youtube history. IMO.
From pirate to babyface in a few seconds.
We want Eric Helms on
Omar, I like the new look! Keep it.
I've tried a few different push, pull, legs, and upper lower split workouts, and I always find that my legs just can't recover. Not to mention that I can't get through the full lower body workout as it is too fatiguing. My upper body is fine and I feel I could take more volume, but my lower body just tanks to the point that it causes me systemic fatigue and I end up feeling like I'm fighting the flu. I never liked or considered full body because I felt it was just too much time in the gym per session. Obviously I was following standard full body workout templates.
Since listening your podcast with Eric, and checking our a few videos, I started looking at things very differently. I programmed a 4 day full body PUSH PULL workout for myself.
Monday Thursday – Full body Pull
Tuesday Friday – Full body Push
This seems to be my magic pill so to speak. I am recovering great with no signs of systemic fatigue and really enjoying my workouts. Looking forward to seeing how the next 9 – 12 weeks go.
Do you have any thoughts on this particular split?
Thanks so much.
Full body is best
For me
My lower body/legs develop quickly and easier than my upper body (besides the muscle group that is utilized in a pull-up — too lazy to google)
My chest and triceps need more development…

You captioned the weight you were squatting and pressing…counting the plates, it doesn’t add up. What gives?
Jetz!
jesus… that shaving technique…. children, avert your eyes
Like the video even more because of the german part 😂 richtig gutes Ding!
Nothing more convincing than a german yelling at you
