Anyone else here have trouble hitting a 250 bench, but as soon as they hit it their gains exploded? I couldn’t hit 250 for a while, but once I hit it, I got to 265 in 1/4 the time it took me to go from 245 to 250

Once I cut my exercise selection to less than five I started growing. I used to do over 25 exercises.

I think strength training builds really dense muscle. Which is why size doesn’t increase a lot past a certain point.

calves do plantar and dorsiflexion so unless ur doing those during squats they aint gonna grow.
