I can’t tell you how much I get pissed off with BMI….or people who go in the sauna and exercise in bin bags! Yep, through my years as a pt, I’ve witnessed all of this mythical thinking….diets are as they say, ‘ scientifically ‘bollocks.’ X

All you care about is to look good i want to be physically fit
Weight lose can also just be, water weight or just losing weight it may not be bodyfat, or it could just be muscle lost.
Bodyfat is better to lose not weight or muscle, still stay the same weight
Oh so that's why it said 3,500 calories probably how much I burned, so I have a lot of muscle 50% muscle
I lost bodyfat on a bulk, 3,000 calories unless that wasn't bulking lol, unless it was maintaince
So don't eat really low calories, go slow. Take your time I guess lol
