Hello fat loss my old friend…
Here is my physique update. After gaining about 2lb/month for the first two months, the last 4 weeks I didn't hold myself accountable. I had some reasons to celebrate (like relaunching my pre-workout etc) and enjoyed myself a little too much.
I gained about 6lb in 4 weeks and the visceral fat just isn't necessary quite frankly. So I'm putting myself out there that I've gotten too fat, too soon and need to lose some fat quickly before resuming this lean mass phase.
Hence the beginning of this 2-3 week mini-cut.

Why don't you just include a fast pace 3-4 miles run (8-9min/mile) to your program instead of cutting. I'm seriously curious, wouldn't be more athletic and beneficial for your progress. Maybe you can make a video about impacts of the runs/sprints on the strength and body building goals.

I was on the anti-bulk crew when BF% bit too high at one point too but then I was in military training for 5 months and began training at 210lbs 20% BF and by the end of training I was 195lbs 24% BF – my lean mass dropped and as such my BF% went up. Point being the higher your LBM, the better your metabolism (more muscle requires more energy to preserve) feeding your body the nutrients it requires to build.
Basically OMAR I think you need to get off this cutting shit and realize 3 things
1) You are a natural lifter
2) You are a natural lifter with poor genetics for aesthetics (who cares? but you have to realize this to some degree?) Wide pelvic bone you're #thiccboi built for strength, capitalize on that.
3) It is stupid to focus on aesthetics anyway without AAS if you want to not live a miserable life
So in my opinion you should stop focusing on the scale weight and what tiny bits of chub you get around your waist (Your V taper will be shit no matter what unless you go heavy on AAS) and start focusing on eating big, lifting heavy, and being happy. If you want to jump on the AAS crew by all means but after watching you for years now it appears you are scared of scale weight and deathly scared of body fat. I'm not saying to do a full on dirty bulk but man feed your body and lift heavy and stop being a little bitch.
