For those that say "Obert, you didn't lose that much weight last year, it's all angles and lighting" please take a look at the footage at 3:00 min. This was me at my heaviest last year, almost 198lb, filmed in more flattering light…and I'm quite soft (vs the footage you see now). It is a dramatic difference. I was chasing a 400lb bench and a 520lb-530lb squat (aiming big) but it was at the expense of my physique.
I think it IS important to show your physique when in shape, when not in shape and every stage in-between. I'm stronger overall when my bodyfat is higher but I feel much better leaner. I explain why I'm going to keep it leaner for 2020 and the foreseeable future.

Exact same thing here deadlift is loyal regardless of bodyfat, but pressing is proportionately stronger when fat. I lose about 15 lbs on my bench by looking at a salad.
So I am 17 years old 5’10” 205 pounds and a 38 inch waist circumference I have been following the starting strength train for the past 4 to 5 months after goofing around in the gym for 6 months and I’ve recently plateaued on my lifts and ask a form question to the community and they all told me to bump my calories up to 4000 to 4500. That sounds kind of ridiculous to me does anyone else agree? i’m not trying to get abs but I don’t want to be fat either and everyone else’s tell me the opposite? I also got pretty strong on this program, but I don’t feel comfortable in my own skin without a shirt on.
Omar is 5'7" so lets keep things realistic.if he gains too much fat or muscle he's body will not like it.the joints,and tendons can only take so much lil guy
Came back from bootcamp and gained like 5 pounds now if I eat anything fatty I will gain a pound for a few nights sense I got back down to 215 I shot up to 220 eating like a normal ass person have no clue why I'm really trying to get to 15 % body fat right now but I have no damn clue how lmao I'm very broad and decently tall I'm 5,11 or 6ft and my ass just wants to get skinny lmao but keep my strength and speed I could run a 4,7 40 yard dash at like 230 240 even tho it destroyed my knees
I feel like greg Doucette would say he was 15% at the lowest, just looking at those quads at his thinnest. He is not as lean as greg is now which is 9%, he was no where near that lean.
Not to hate, he is a handsome young man, etc, and 15% for a man is athletic, but what he is saying is an unrealistic depiction of a body fat level.
