My husband has Josephs Disease & Graves disease
It's crazy when you were saying things were getting a little more difficult thats is literally how it happened for him except a little more extreme because of the josephs disease part he went into the gym like normal went to bench and couldn't do it his friend kept taking weight off and taking weight off and it was still difficult. People lile you and him that hear this news and continue to still fucking push are so amazing. ❤🙌🔥

Thank you for sharing. I have Hashimotos hypothyroidism and lupus. Dealing with autoimmune disorders is a struggle. There are many days I wish I could just say… I’m suffering even though I look ok. It’s a tough road. People don’t understand😔

Are you more prone to rhabdo if you’re very lean like she is? Imagine so. Lean and maybe not eating quite as much as you need?

I know this is from 6 months ago, but you tube just fed to me today as I just started following you.
I also had Graves’ disease. I missed my flags for the most part and I’m a nurse!!! I felt so silly when I finally was diagnosed. My legs were shaking just walking down the stairs and I was like, “damn I need to stop drinking so much coffee!”
It took a while to get mine under control (I went with the medication option rather than get rid of my thyroid), but I can tell you that I had a total remission.
I wasn’t looking for that, I would have been ok with sticking to lifelong management. But I too started to naturally change in my life and finding more and more of my happiness naturally led me to greater adrenal stability. I was able to cut back on the dose of the medication and eventually quit. I don’t even show antibodies anymore which is unusual.

Follow your interests as you are, be you, as you do. Learn from your challenges health Bday otherwise. It looks like you do that too. Thanks for being you. You clearly inspire lots of people. Including me.

You are an inspiration Dana! I have been working on my diet abs I’ve lost 76+ pounds so far! I broke my scale last week so I haven’t weighed but I dropped from a 42/38 Jean to a 32/38. Tons more energy and I’m really noticing how much lighter I am on my feet! I love your videos and I confess I think your beautiful too! Have a great day!

I have Hashimotos Disease which is the opposite of Graves Disease … it’s so scary & disheartening when you know you are doing everything your supposed to do & your body is fighting you every step of the way … I finally was diagnosed 6 weeks ago & am in the early stages of treatment …
