Hey omar, quick question. ive got significant muscle imbalances where my left chest is larger than my right, specifically at the inner and lower chest regions. Any movements that might help get my left chest back on track? +omarisuf
Hey what's up Omar, my name is Johnathon and just wanted to say thanks for all the great info, tips as well as all the good vibes from your videos bro. Also I'm on my personal fitness journey myself rn and my first year mark for training is coming closer and closer. I got you among so many others to thank for being my inspiration and motivation to always strive for more for both my physical aspects in life as well as for a business standard to strive for my own career, just as much as my mental state of always going for my goals by never recognizing defeat as just a mere failure, but rather another opportunity to learn from my mistakes to improve myself for the future!
PS: Keep up the videos bro, as you are not only an inspiration but a man that I respect and give major props to you and what you do! Keep inspiring the future for a better tomorrow bro!
This guy is a perfect example that u dont need huge arms to look big I look his shoulder , chest , back in previous video they look insanely big he definately focused and targeted the bigger muscle group which is essential for overall mass💪
Check out Brian Alsruhe, he doesn't train arms but has freaking mountains for biceps. His logic is, if you go heavier on your main lifts, that is more beneficial than training arms directly, as it puts more stress on your arm muscles.
idk if you play guitar but I've seen your comments on guitar videos, if you do play guitar just think about all those hours of having your arms in that position
I hardly train my arms and they're around 17.8inches, I hardly train them directly for roughly 2 years now. I think they'll shrink to around 17.3 once I drop to 10-12%bf.
Nice to see him going to a 5×5 scheme after hitting his strength plateau achieved from mostly hypertrophy training (8-12 reps), smart move to break that previous plateau by now using sets based on less reps (1-5 reps in this case 5) which focuse more on strength gains than on hypertrophy. After he achieves more strength he can then to the sets with more reps (8 – 12) with more weight then he previously could (which was necessary because he couldnt reach hypertrophy anymore because his strength stocked and the weight he repped stayed the same) now he has enabled himself to progress in repping progressively more weight with the 8-12 reps until his strength stocks and has to do this cycle again which yet again lead to more potential to gain hypertrophy succesfully
I'm struggling to find an actual workout program that let's me build strength but not build muscle mass. I have a lot of injuries. Last year I was 62kg and felt good. Now 70kg and feel horrible. I don't need to be big, only stronger. Your video helped me understand that I need to get rid of certain exercises all together maybe

He starts to look like a man. I may sub if this continue.
Is he suggesting that his arms were too big to get into the proper clean position?

The thing with omar is how can you be so much into lifting and dieting and look so bad..

I've stopped working arms as well. Mind you, having ruptured my distal biceps tendon has a fair bit to do with that… 😣

Yeah okay Professor Oak.
You need to train arms Omar. You have smal arms.

You do have pretty small arms bro. Well, average sized. Its just not a genetic strong point for you.
first smart thing youve said.
hear hear, compound movements ftw
i think you are going to realize how much your arms affect your bench soon.
What's better then a warm, tight, snatch?
if you think you need direct, isolated work to build size, go look at Brian Alsruhe.
