"2020 midset: I can't fly yet" That broke me😂😂 I wanna fly! And now… The pandemic, you know?🙈 Thank you for the positivity, I appreciate it💕
can I have cheat days
Love your videoes soooo muuuuch!! You seem sooo genuine💖
“Well I don’t want to be rude” 🥺😢
Having a hard day and I just re-watched this video and your video on 10 healthy habits. I am in such a better mood now and I am so thankful that you are able to share your insight and positivity with us. The world needs more Natchas. I appreciate you, your message, and I like to think you're helping to build a new generation of strong confident women. Thank you and I hope you are EXTREMELY proud of all the good that you have put out into the universe 💙
I'm a bit late but I really wanted to say that
I love your accent
😂 That's it
Ho and also the video by the way
You are a true inspiration☺ and I also know where you're coming from. I've been an athlete since the age of 5..that is doing ballet and contemporary dancing I was also a long distance athlete, a sprinter and running hurdles. In my athletic world I've always been my own worst enemy as I was constantly in competition with myself and I never failed in anything if I put my heart and soul into it….when I reached my 20's I became a bodybuilder and did a few competitions I also competed in my 1st and last Powerlifting competition and came first in my category. I put so much pressure on myself when it comes to dieting and exercise. I'm now 52 years old and I still haven't changed….still tracking calories as well as training routines. My physique at my age I think is pretty good but MAN do us woman battle to just loose 5kg..who of you out there agrees with me….Menopause is a bitch…I just want your point of view Natacha and your expertise in this field as all of your info is science based which I love…OK here goes: I weigh 65 kg and I'm 5ft 1 inches…I'm pretty active….I do a 45min run in the afternoon to burn my calories I've consumed during the morning and then a 45 min GVT at night….that's an absolute killer…from your science based point of view I burn about 198cal for a 45 min run and 450 calories for my GVT workout…..why is this! Surely you burn more calories running? My home chores I burn around 1 200 calories ….that's cleaning for like 5 hours straight…🙈I use MyFitnessPal app to calculate my calories in and calories out According to the app I have to consume 1500 calories per day I only consume around 800/1000 calories and my training adds up to 1900/2030 so I'm always in a calorie deficit but I'm really struggling to loose my last 4kg's.please I need your expertise on this….another thing that boggles my mind with the app I'm using…if I set it to MapMyWalk I loose fewer calories than if I set it to MapMyFitness….so I just use the latter for all my workouts…sorry this is a mouthful but you're the one I look up to and trust that you will be able to advise me….I truly love your energy☺💜
I love all your videos! But girl how long you been wearing those necklaces I even saw one vid where you showered in them! XD x
Oh gosh the first point… 😂 that is something I do allll the time, and I’ve very recently actually realized that it causes me a lot of unnecessary anxiety. Thank you for this video haha it’s good to hear someone relate and remind you to be aware of yourself
Lol feeling got at watching this. All of it was so me ahaha. Also the sleep thing was helarious. Pretty sure I read the same book, did the same thing and had the same result xD though this video has reminded me to start to try again ahah
to hear you talk about rejecting compliments self consciously really changed my opinion. i mean i’m stunned. it’s hard to believe you could be hurting your own feelings and someone else’s. thank you so much!
I have learnt the hard way by crashing hard for about a month or two after trying to change my life with so many habits at a time. Small steps are truly more sustainable
I needed this video so much. I've been doing everything at once and next thing I knew, I was crying over a binge-eating session and was feeling shitty about myself. This made me feel a lot better! Thank you!
oh man I just got called out five times in one video
omg i loved this video so much <3 you seriously MAKE MY DAY so thankyou xxx
omg 4:00 made me laugh so much 😂😂
Me does all these thing me: nah i dont do all these things
You are my favorite person. You have no idea how much help your channel has been for me in overcoming being overweight, self destruction, binge eating and self confidence!!! You are my hero
Love all this !!!
You are so amazing ✨❤️
Trying to solve all your problems at once…yep that's me lol
loved this !!!!
This is so funny …I have been watching fitness and what I eat in a day youtube's videos for 8 years and never your channel come out…today I was searching for some eating disorder video and I found you and I can't believe how amazing are your contents but for some reason I never found you. Someone said that we receive something in life only when we are ready for it.. I assume that for some reason only today I was ready for these amazing videos…thank you so much👌👌👌🔝🔝🔝🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
Natacha: "You might think 'well that's not me' because it's so subtle"
Me: watches video "Yep that's me… OMG that's SO me… This is also me…. Yep, still me… FUCK that's SOOOO me"
You are hilarious and you make way too much sense. Like. Fav. ❤
Feel you with the mirror checks! I have acne and it’s been so good for my focus and anxiety to put a throw over my bedroom mirror will I’m sat at my desk doing uni work all day. You’re really not aware of how compulsive this is until you start to change it! I’d end up distracted all day in a constant conspiracy theory of what’s causing my acne and how I can heal it. Down the rabbit hole.
Once again, youve proposed very, very good points. Really great perspectives. I found this helpful. Love your points of views.
new subscriber! great video 🙂
I am learning so much from you. I am into my first year of hypertrophic training. What I am realizing is if I do have a binge episode, I bounce back pretty quickly as my metabolism is better than before . My hope to to increase my metabolism to about 400 extra calories. Pray for me
beautiful video! I also tell my gymnasts when they get frustrated and negative "you can't do it YET but with work one day you'll be able to" 🙂
How does this video not have over a million views yet! Such a lovely take on habits <3
Oh my goddd , the same thing happened with me ! I read the book, why we sleep and decided to go to sleep earlier and followed all the suggestions and could not sleep for 2 days straight 🙁
I have never related so much to a video 🙂
Keeep it up!
The ultimate British dilemma: being rude rejecting a compliment vs talking about ourselves which we're taught to avoid at all costs 😂
i can never take a compliment, ive never been able to xx
You’re like a big sister giving advice. I love it ☺️ just what I needed to hear
You are so witty Natacha, I love this. Also, there is no way you aren’t good at public speaking. X
The part about limitations is soo true! I did A-level Maths and in my first year I had a mechanics module and I was so convinced it was like physics and I hated it and wasn't able to do it that when it came to the exam, I got a U in it. My headmistress personally tutored me the next year and I retook it after allowing myself to believe that I could do it well, it was maths and I usually liked maths, and when I retook it I got an A in the module. No doubt the tutoring helped! But I truly believe the biggest difference was me letting myself believe I could do it
Love your vids! Great content. The “mirror check” one is such a great one we all do and don’t even realize how often.
She’s got the YouTube thing DOWN…by far my favourite YouTuber. Thanks so much Natasha you’re my biggest inspiration!!!
omg how is she so wholesome
"If I can't sleep, you can't sleep" 😂
Natacha!!! Where'd you go???
Ooooh not accepting compliments is a big one for me. From my prrsonal experience, that struggle seems more common with women
