I like your content, because you're human and you are exploring and trying out stuff so you feel better in your own mind and body. Complete with moments of struggle, happiness, sadness and pride. I love watching content that you as a creator like to make and share ^^ I also think it's very vulnerable (in a good way, sorry I'm not a native English speaker) ánd amazing how you're okay with sharing your body during the process and you also take us with you in the (mental and physical) struggles and achievements you encounter on the way! Welcome back! Amazing how you were able to take back the control over yourself! Sending you all the positive and supporting vibes! <3

ps: I'm almost done with my study to become a therapist, so I was a bit sad to hear about the therapy-experience you've had. Sure, the most important thing is that you feel some sort of connection to your therapist (which is why I don't get why some asked you to buy a lot of books or kept mostly silent), but for now you seem to have an amazing support system around you! You don't have to answer these questions, but they've been stuck inside my head while watching this vid: What do the words "weight", "healthy (weight)", "success" and "happiness" mean to you in THIS moment of your life? What have your anxious thoughts protected you from for all these years? And lastly, do you still need this protection from this anxious protector/critic in this moment of your life? 🙂

It just baffles me how many people in the comment section like to act like qualified professionals, diagnosing and prescribing treatments for someone you don’t even know. People really like to get on their soapboxes and judge others to make themselves feel superior. It is completely normal to relapse or go back to old patterns when recovering from an ED, but what’s even harder is to do that while being in the public eye. I think people need to humble themselves in this comment section because you’re also probably far from perfect. If someone’s content doesn’t speak to you just don’t watch it.

Thank you Stephanie for opening up about your journey. I feel like what would be best for the channel is for you to create content that feels authentic and genuine to you, to attract the kind of viewers that will support you rather than nitpick everything you do.

This video is honestly so raw and remarkable …you cut to the chase and answered almost all our questions …also limit the all in videos a bit pls .. let’s tap into something we haven’t discussed before ….and your body is beautiful ..it’s okay if people are triggered .. we can’t be moving in hiding on the planet … we all need to take responsibility of our triggers ♥️

1. Love you in every step of your evolution.
2. I’m a beginner in fitness. I’ve watched mind pump, Jeff, Bret, Paul r, etc. I can’t find science based females that can speak from perspective eg pelvic floor workouts and why French women don’t freaken pee themselves, women and getting back not just from ED but pregnancy, injury etc. those niche areas are neglected. You brought the “set point” issue to mainstream and I think your stuff is so thorough and compassionate. Ps I have a bs in bio, never finished my thesis for ms in bio but did finish coursework, have a masters in healthcare admin and I still fell for everything and had ED. Hearing others stories helps
Love you!!!!

You simply attract who you Subconsciously are…Your Subconscious Image is I AM SKINNY/I AM IRRITATED that also included some temporary I AM: Lean, Curvy and Fat along the way…So your body & reality is just adjusting to that mental picture…Remember All good/bad events, situations and relationships in your Life are just a reflection of your Subconscious self…Change the Internals and the Outside World will miraculously change for the better too…

I went through 12 different therapists before I found one that was such an excellent fit. Also, people have this idea that they're supposed to feel good after therapy. That's not always true. You learn skills so you can sit with the discomfort, sift through self-defeating beliefs, and figure out how to move through emotions – good and bad. I've been with my current therapist for 11 years. I have a BS and MS in psychology, and I am a former social worker, so I do obviously have training and education – but finding the right therapist is like finding a good relationship. It can take time and a lot of mismatches.

What’s ‘healthy weight’ compared to ‘unhealthy weight’? I assume she was in a healthy BMI both after her all in journey vs now?

Maybe more about, what is the best health for woman. To be sportive but also being a living thing that can creat new life. So combine your studies with your fitness programme. Because woman are so different from men.

Steph, your body is yours. You’ve worked, you’ve cried, you’ve struggled, and you’ve come out stronger each and every time. I think sometimes we as a society need to not let what we see in others affect us so much. Personally, I love when you show your physique and I don’t think you should stop unless you personally want to for your own reasons. I’ve followed you since the first 10k challenge, so I’ve seen your body change through the years and not once have I ever been triggered or offended by any means. I’ve always been motivated by what you show. I’m someone who’s struggled with my own weight and been through ups and downs. But I know the responsibility for my body and how I choose to treat it will always fall on me.
Anyway, I love your content and with all that humbly being said – I think it’d be nice to see more content beyond All In. Whatever you choose to do or post, I’ll be along for the journey 🤍

I would love to see what foods and meals are you go to since all in! I am currently in my own journey of fitness and health. I have established a workout regime but get into a rut of the same foods (I would say I’m 50/50 with clean eating/junk eating) especially after years of restricted eating and tracking calories getting a little too obsessed with numbers. I think my mind is starting to realized what my body needs and need some help getting there.

Why on earth would you feel you have to explain yourself or justify your actions to strangers who don't even know you??? Above ALL things, do what is best for you in all things. Eat, don't eat, try on clothes, workout or interview Jeff. We watch your channel because of you. 💛

Thank you so much for sharing this. I think you’re relating to more people than you think you are with this. I would love to see how you’re living as a “normal” fitness lifestyle person, continue sharing what you’re comfortable with relating your relationship and day to day life as I love seeing you and Jeff together! How you handle stress, how you’re feeling with body neutrality etc and potentially
How your hormones have balanced and how that affects your body mind and spirit!

Stephanie, thank you so much. You are a shining example of vulnerability and courage, and I can't do anything but applaud you for so bravely sharing your journey.
I personally needed this video from you.
You are beautiful inside and out, regardless of what your physique looks like. Also, I think you SHOULD keep showing your body, because the whole point is body neutrality, right? Fat, thin, stooped, straight, etc. If you feel confident and free and in love with yourself, girl, don't hide yourself! Your body is YOUR body, and however anybody feels about it is not your responsibility or frankly, your business. People that say they are triggered can fast forward through those parts.
Again, you are gorgeous from the inside out, and I keep coming back because your honesty and bubbly charisma really speak to me and have helped me through my own struggles.
Stay strong, dear!

I think it's best not to show your physique. It puts too much emphasis on body image, when I know your main focus is to educate on eating without concern for body image

If you're looking for eating disorder or food experts I'd highly recommend Dr. Joshua Wolrich (doctor, writer of the book 'Food isn't medicine) or Megan Jayne Crabbe (body positivity and recovered anorexic)!

Don't completely leave All In on here.
I could never understand why you would show your physique. Maybe an explanation video!
How about some videos with experts on the binging, on again, off again cycles and seasons. Menopause… obviously not you but maybe others.
Don't stop!

Until you finally admit you have an eating disorder, please stop making these videos where you disguise it as something else and actually get the help you need. Validation from viewers is not going to help you

Could you PLEASE just focus on DAILY EATING.. It would be so helpful in helping women to know WHAT to eat. Which is our biggest struggle. Also how to workout for the Everyday woman/man. Thx.

I gotta be honest… I’m glad you have been so transparent. What you experienced is completely normal. This just continues to reinforce how much more mental our journeys with our bodies are than anything.

Don't stop showing your body, its their trigger to deal with (obviously its your choice, whatever is comfortable) but its really helpful to see what real weight gain/loss looks like. You've honestly helped my recovery so much, making it seem doable and not so scary:)

No one, especially through YouTube comments has the right to tell you how your body should look. Just take care of yourself (mind, body, and soul) and rise above all these toxic comments masked as positivity and concern. Best wishes Steph xoxo!!!

On the subject of "showing your physique." My concern isn't what others think of your body, it's more that you are still describing your body as your physique. This way of thinking, could be part of what you are struggling with. Much like the scale and telling people how much you weigh, you are not required to show your body to us. Your journey isn't what you look like, it's about what is going on inside of you. Clearly, sharing your journey has tremendous value to you and to others. Showing us how you look in a bikini, in regards to how you feel about your weight, doesn't seem to be supportive of your journey. Again, I am not offended by your bikini body at any size or stage, but I am concerned that if you continue the "here is what my body looks like now" type video, that you will continue to place the importance on how you "look" vs how you are "feeling". I love watching your workouts and I love the joy you seem to get from lifting heavy and feeling strong. Unless you are swimming or vacationing, taking bikini footage for "check in" purposes doesn't seem helpful to you. I run outside in a sports bra because it's hot in Texas, and it feels better that way. If I take a post run selfie, I don't feel the need to get my whole body in the shot, although sometimes it happens. It's not even about modesty (I'm not at all), but because what my body looks like isn't why I run. I will never feel like I have to show my body to help someone understand me, and I hope that you know, that you don't have to show your body if it doesn't make you feel good.

Hey Stephanie. I really enjoy your videos.

What I'd like to see more from you are more discussions with professionals about E.D, nutrition, etc. you know, so that deeper conversations about these issues can be had. I really think that it needs to happen and that it's very important.

I also would still like to see more about your all in journey, along with try on hauls, what you're doing now, daily vlogs and informative videos.

Finally, I don't mind you showing your body. I enjoy seeing the progress that you're making and the changes that your body goes through.

So yeah, that's it. Hope that you continue to do well and God bless you. ❤
