Interesting topic – If I was only interested in strength vs bodyweight to have the highest ratio of strength to weight I'm assuming I'd need low body fat, or otherwise olympic gymnasts wouldn't all be so ripped.
Yep! I got my body fat down to around 11-12% i got the abs that ive always wanted, but i looked like a zombie for me personally its better to be around 15-17%
This is the most real, down to earth video I've ever seen on youtube. A true honest conversation rather than personal bias. Great content. YOUR video gets a 10/10.
Bro but if I bulk and get stronger, when I cut back down I will get weaker. This means that the extra bulk aided my strength which is 'fake strength' bcs the bulk is not my walk around weight since I will cut it down once i reach my goal numbers
That's y I like staying the same weight while gaining strength. I am 5'4 and I am 145lbs and 8-9% bodyfat and I am sticking to gaining strength and my natural bodyweight bcs I will not cut afterwards which means I really gained that strength. Yfm?

Strength and calvesss
You've got to feel good with your training. Looking good and being strong are cool, too. But feeling good is top priority for me.

I'm a "Maxx Chewning" strength-over-abs guys who balances both, but slightly prioritizes strength.
