How can I bench press wider and my shoulders don't explode!?
MAGIC.
I'm a dick, I'm addicted to… heavy singles.
Liked the video.
Don't like barbell benchpress.
Great intro👍
LMAO @ that intro
hahah youre a beauty omar ! keep it going
I feel the same I go wide and feel good no pain
can not remember what video you talk about bench press with flare out your elbows vs tucking in.now I lean & read bodybuilding 20 olds years ago, they do upper arms and forearms 90degree, flare out elbows , no leg drive, flat back, no arch of back.it was seen as powerlifter with elbows tucking in, leg drive, arch of backit been huge debate with bodybuilding vs powerlifter/strength trainer for long time about how to do a bench press.what your opinion ?me I have done traditional bodybuilding bench press for long time, then changed a bit of my style with elbows tucking in it feel better now am old
I watched the intro 5 times
looking big man, nice !
I have pain and clicking in my left rhomboid area near the medial scapula, especially when I bench all the way down. Any tips?
"harder stuff, like creatine." I'm dead.
That intro was fantastic! 😂😂😂
My shoulders feel like shit with a closer grip bench. People kept telling me closer grip equals less shoulder strain. Opposite for me.
TOO Funny!!! LMAO!!
I have moved my grip to a close grip. There is a lot less shoulder pain. You will lose strength
Initially. I have seen a guy bench 700 doing it.
Work hard on dips till strength moves up.
lol the intro LOOOL
Snap city be careful
Actually, you are right, I am new to powerlifting. I am also torso dominant and I was using a shoulder width grip with tucked in elbows and was hardly going past 90kgs for 10 reps. I changed the gym and due to some technical issues with the bench, I used a wider grip and boom.. I was benching 100 kgs for 10 reps immediately.
i love that creatine line in the beginning lol
I have 2.25" longer reach than my height, but also relatively broad clavicles for my height (5'10"). Just got back into benching and lifting in general, and I naturally feel more strong/comfortable with a pretty narrow grip (almost close grip bench) when benching, elbows tucked proper hip & leg involvement/stabilization.
Should I try with a wider grip due to having long arms? Tucking your elbows just feels more safe & powerful.
I bench and train like a bodybuilder and try to have condtioning of an athlete.
Snap city bench 😬
That creatine game
I always go wide.
This dude is awesome.!
I love all his videos!
How do you know if you're limb dominant?
I relate to the intro
😂😂😂😥😥😥You're stupid. Loll
I’m gonna have to go with Scott Mendelson style using leg drive lats super tucked elbows and bringin the bar to my belly
I like the bench press
Does the bench arch remove the upper chest from the movement?
The fuck creative is cheap lol!!!!!
I'm not proud of what I've done…
NOW this is a bench press not all this bullshit out there
That opening had me rolling 😂
your grip isnt even wide lol its inside the rings right? that pretty normal to me
