I just did my first dlb daily session yesterday. 100% elevated my workout. I knew you worked hard Dana but daaang. I am a CPT and could only do 3/4 of it 😳 thanks for helping me wake tf up and step up my game! I am feeling inspired! (And like I have no hamstrings 🤣). Still on the fence about the 6 week challenge…it'd be a huuuge leap outside of my box. Which is why I should do it…

Most women could live exactly like Dana p.e.ds and all everything sleep in her bed and still not look like her. So it's not hard work that makes you a pro because the hardest working person doesn't always win. It's having the body that responds the best to everything. So it's no accomplishment of hard work it's just the luck of the draw. Same goes for the guys so don't kill yourself to try to be something your not.

I felt Robs pain when he was walking around, I went through the same stuff, still do, I had 2 epidural steroid shots in my back, to be more precise in my sciatic nerve and had felt 100 percent better since, hope he knows thats available to get done to ease the pain.
