Great video as always. I can only second what you say and honestly i sure think that a muscular, athletic physique with like 7-8% looks really damn good and impressive, but if we're talking even a bit more of performance, one has to admit that with higher body fat percentages you'll be stronger, and so on and not just that, but i think that a body with let's say 13 – 14% still looks good and probably is healthier to maintain than a really shredded physique. It's a joke that in the whole bodybuilding/fitness industry someone who benches an impressive amount of weight and is above 12% body fat is referred to as being flabby or even relatively fat.
If your able to even slightly see your abs past 23-25 years old, your better off than 99% of the western world. Just look around most gyms. Love the video. Keep them coming.🖒🖒
im sorry bro but i disagree… well i want to look as good as i possible can and to get that look i need to be 8-10% if i go over 12% its game over. Been there done that many times … !
I remember being 20 pounds lighter and being extremely weak and lethargic everyday. But now I am the strongest I have ever been! With a higher body fat percentage but also the happiest I've been. Thank you!
in clear being shredded is good only for juice heads who can gain and shred. A natty will lose too much trying to be "shredded", and barely have any size or strength
Being shredded is torture! And for what? Being able to post a few shirtless pics on instagram once a week? No thanks! I've been pretty damn shredded and it absolutely sucks! You basically develop an eating disorder where u base ur entire identity on how lean u are. Im never gonna cut down to that level ever again unless i decide to compete.

Shredded? Only if you walk around half naked. Or fully so. Strength >> Looks
