The small guys physique is what i should have once i reduce some of the Body fat to reach 14% body fat. His delts and triceps are similiar to mine and his biceps are also small just like mine. This guy might be my ideal form, if i make it to 14% body fat

I have known Wes Brown since 1980. You will never find a better human being than this man. In the 80's his physique improved immensely and he competed in several competitions. You would not call him a "little guy". He was also strong as an ox. I'm proud he has been my friend most of my life. When he operated Browns Gym, it was second to none. Nick, you should interview him. I can guarantee you he has several good stories about hanging out with Arnold in California!
