Oioi Matt, I’m a gabe subscriber but obviously you too now. At round 16:something, when you go on to talk about muscle insertion and the gap between the pecs and the short biceps dude I think you were looking at me 😂 thanks for the morale boost mate! Na but I jumped on this video cause I just got my first steroid accusation .. which is ridiculous as I still have like at least 7 kg of lean muscle and 5 years of hard training to go.. anyway at least my weird bicep insertion won’t get blown out of proportion 😂 good vid guys!

Always enjoy your collab videos… I do wonder though, what kind of reaction do you get from the other gym users when you're visiting somewhere and there you are goofing around with cameras etc?
I saw the guy who has the video up accusing Matt of steroid use. It’s full of lies and spin. His main case was in a couple of pictures over a decade plus period Matt had slightly puffy nipples, almost as if he was cold. Ignored that he tested clean. His other evidence is that Matt doesn’t compete in bodybuilding, and that he is bigger than he was in high school. Also said that Matt didn’t compete in power lifting which he did once. But Matt was sort of a tweener body builder powerlifter.
It’s not my business but he looks clean. The weirdest thing about Matt’s build is he doesn’t appear to bloat much given the amount of junk food he eats. Which honestly he should dial it back on cause he may be fine now but that stuff hurts you over the long run. High protein diet plus high salt, fat and sugar, so hard on your arteries and kidneys. Don’t have to stop altogether but ease up on it, also try taking some milk thistle, help, clean up your liver, it’s cheap, doctors give it to liver patients all the time, and you will get great benefits from it. Not that he needs my advice, but dude less salt and maybe a little cardio for your heart. 20 minutes on an assault bike.
