Great video with easy to do recipe. Sometimes I don't want to eat a meal after a workout so this makes refueling after my workout simple and tasty! Thanks for sharing.

Hi. Just watched your smoothie vid which was great as I'm looking for a really good, simple post workout smoothie. However I have a nut allergy and like a lot of others that I've watched it includes a nut ingredient with no alternative. I know I could leave it out but it would be nice to replace the nut ingredient with something that offers almost the same benefits as the nut does. Do you have any ideas?
