Subscribed to the channel about a year ago, would be doing the challenge but unemployed due to covid but that won't stop the grind. Anyone not believing in the jewels Mike be dropping dropped 100 pounds with nothing but hard work, Mike's YouTube channel and got it done. The hardest thing about the squat challenge is the soreness and drained energy on the 1st set, you get going it just takes a little effort for sure. I'm on day 14 started after the challenge began. But this man is a genius, the haters out there talk alot but be copying Mike's channel for real.

Can anyone help with advice?

If ive been bodybuilding for 5 years and put on a lot of muscle with high volume what if I decided to switch my training for just strength and power and train heavy. Will I lose muscle if I stop the bodybuilding training and switch to powerlifting?

Being real, im using resistant bands 😢 no money for gas+gym runs everyday right now, started first week awesome, now i've been doing 3/4 split days since. I will be back to work hopefully next week, working on getting back some normalcy, hardest things for me is staying consistent after the motivation is kinda waned after that first week, I had my moms and brother out with me for that first week that's why it was easier, now they have stopped, my mom says her knees and my brother says his back. My mind is looking for ways to make excuses to not stick with it.. but Im fightining it, been here before.. Im listening to you and watching. Your physique is my goal, i got to 220 before but that was when i was doing mma training back in 2010 i still wasn't where i wanted to be physique wise. Im going to get healthier
and stronger than ever before my mind is made up tho 💪🏾.

Mike – Can your video editor share with me some of those transitions they used in this video. I’d love to do it on some of my personal real estate videos. I’d appreciate it. If not available all good.

" im not sore, my body is just adapting". As much as inspiring this may sound coming from you this is just damaging to the youth minorities and elderly folks. The body speaks when something is wrong. Therefore, listening to your body and having proper knowledge is key here. Its easy to try and motivate people when ur all hyped up on every supplement known to man and may have some sort of advantage but the reality will always lie beneath! such as, your tendons and joints will always manifest the issue latter in the future at a slower rate then your muscles growing.
Legs should always be destroyed 1 day out of the week such as 3-4 compound movements equaling a total of 500-1000 reps (depending of the advancement of an individual) to then follow through with proper muscle care (foam rolling, deep tissue messages, streching) to then execute again the up coming week!

LEGS SHOULD NEVER BE TRAIN ON A "EVERYDAY" basis.

The recovery has been the hardest for me. I literally hurt for 3 days straight. At 1 point I thought I may have hurt myself. But it was crazy because even though I had “given up” the scale dropped everyday. So it does work. It is a great challenge. I just need to talk to my inner dog and keep her focused on her goal. So I’m restarting the challenge today “fingers crossed”
