In this video, I’ll be sharing with you the different shapes and texture of your stool and what it can say about your gut health, whether it’s healthy, constipated or weak gut / diarrhoea.
I’ll also be sharing with you 3 tips on how to maintain a healthy bowel:
1) Consume pre & probiotics daily
2) Stay hydrated
3) Increase your fibre intake
Next time you’re in the bathroom, don’t be so quick to flush, take a look in the toilet bowl and then check your poop. Paying attention to your poop can help you build a stronger gut, check your organ functions and boost nutrient absorption from the foods you eat.

Ciao Joanna, whatching you from Italy what about type 7 but only once a day? it is not clearly diarrhoea but what can it mean? sometimes I can see mucus on the surface the smell is quite "strong" but I don't have bellyache or other symptoms as far as I know I don't have food intolerance or stomach issues thanks for videos always really interesting very understandable and you are really really nice :o)
