Omar, any thoughts on doing a video on Heart Rate Variability and incorporating bio-data into your training. I began using BioForce HRV a couple years ago after reading a Greg Nuckols article and doing some of my own research on it. It's very interesting stuff, more applicable to the athletic populus, but has its application to barbell athletes as well. Cheers.

I have a question. Lately I've been getting some pain in my buttock area when I do conventional deadlifts. It's not soreness. It's definitely some type of pain. Do you know what causes that? And what can I do to prevent that? I would appreciate your answer!
This is so true! Many times you go in thinking "feeling kinda shitty today" and you do great. And vice versa, everything feels good but the weight aint moving.
