in my opinion we can not predict the exact muscle gain over the years .since, if you have excellent genetics you can expect to get to an ffmi range of 24 to 26 (lucky if it is more ) and if u have poor genetics about 20 to 22 at 10% body fat ( correct me if im wrong ) . example two different people have same height and a different starting weight 140lbs and 160lbs and both end up at 200 lbs and 10% b/f . well both ended with the same ffmi but the first one got 60lbs of muscle and the second got 40lbs . its depends on ur starting weight-physique and your genetic limit to determent how many pounds of muscle you will gain in your first few years of training . ( this is all assuming you train eat and sleep perfectly).

Naturally gain 43lbs of muscle in 3 years??? Ahhh…no. I don’t care what age you are. Gain 43lbs in 3 years? Yes. 43lbs of lean muscle tissue? No

My natural potential is solving differential multi variable equations using my Apple Watch calculator. As for the gym…15 lb dumbbells.

Wtf is cardio?

But seriously good information!
I was underweight when I started lifting. And I've gained 20 lbs since then. 5' 11 lifting for a year and a half or so.

Wasn't eating enough when I started and was underweight at about 155 lbs. Looked up the target weight for 5'11 at about 164 lbs. Long story short.. 9 or 10 of those lbs were probably my body normalizing and 10-11 of those were probably (maybe) lean muscle over the year and a half of lifting. Started eating closer to the right amount of cals (3500-4000 cals on lift days; lift 3-6 days a week) within the last 6-7 months of training and I've probably gained 7 lbs in that time but still lean.

Can't wait to see what the next 2-3 years have in store for me! Fascinating stuff!

I can only bench 77 lbs (35 kg), I’ve been training for 3-4 months now, I really need to bulk because I was cutting.

Your video is misleading if you say you can gain that much and then say it’s because you’re going through puberty that’s that’s a false expectation for normal people that have already grown up

In order to lose fat and build muscle you need to train well and eat well. I highly recommend the personalized Agoge Diet plan, works amazing..

I can't recommend the Agoge Diet enough, that stuff helped me gain so much muscle.

If you follow a good personalized diet such as the Agoge Diet, you don't even have to use supplements to build muscle.
