As a female , is it really healthy to have that low of body fat? I've heard it turns off your menstrual cycle. I can't see that as a good thing since that affects your hormones. What is a good body fat pecentage so you will not lose your period.

How can you be on a caloric surplus to gain muscle but manage to keep a small waist? I eat very clean and track my macros, but whenever I start seeing progress everywhere else, I also start putting fat around my waist. Help!!!
