Frozen Frootz? Inspector Clouseau, Pink Panther?
What's your reasoning on going higher fat on a shreed ? What's your macro break down??
Dude, you're f'ing hilarous!!
when you let potatos get cold after you cooked them you builds up some resitence starches and some of the carbs will be less , its the same whit pasta if you gonna enjoy pasta on a diet go for cold one
Osama bin laden on test .
Hilariously insightful! Thanks! I learned so much actually from this! I had a lot of “NoWay!” Moments, and actually took notes. Also, really enjoyed the accents and dirty humor. 🤣👍🏼
My favorite snack ; ricotta ( part skim) whipped in a bowl with a little honey, add sliced fresh strawberries. I have a sweet tooth. also, love dark chocolate!
i woluld like to know who the ( currently) 27 people are that gave this hilarious and informative video a thumbs down. For shame!
All those swishes in that edit gave me a head ache
Resistant Starches are present in potatoes that have been cooked then cooled then reheated again, they act as a prebiotic dietary fiber like psyllium husk or inulin, and the more the potato is cooked then cooled then cooked then cooled & so on the higher the presence of resistant starches…I use this hack by prepping out 7 baked potatoes on Sunday, cooking them all, them cooling them in the fridge, then everytime I reheat a potato to eat with dinner I actually reheat them all, so that each potato becomes more resistant throughout the week, I still track it as a normal potato and end up tricking myself into a microbiome positive caloric deficit, as a result.
do you weight everything cooked, also pasta?
Lex, who’s the guy talking about taking action at the start of your videos? 🤣 yep that’s the question everything else is pretty straight forward and a massive help, thanks.

Great video. This really helps when trying to find and plan those missing macros!
Great post, thank you. I remember years back when I would go to England (and Europe) while in England I would always go to Sainsbury for their ready made sandwiches. And Greggs in Wimbledon (Raynes Park)!! I miss them good ol' days. Wish we had Greggs in America.
Love Alan Watts
Good stuff! Thanks!
About the potatoes, can it be the same as it has lower GI the day after you cooked it?
Flash bang bullshit
Yes Lex, banging video as always! One thing I will say you are completely right with splitting the room with the corn beef so with that said would a good swap for that be salami?
