I tried different plant base proteins on and off for years and all taste like a paper bag. But, everytime I see your videos you talk about how good your plant based proteins taste. I enjoy this shit, Mike. It’s a common misconception, especially in fitness that we need to eat so much to “gain” or “maintain” and I think that’s a contributor to the oboists issues we have in America. I eat once, maybe twice a day also, and I’m only 168-170lbs; but I out squat, bench, run, curl most people my weight or even who outweigh me. I’m not gonna ramble, just wanna show my support for your mission of longevity, brother. Keep it up 👍🏾💪🏾

Do vegans eat fish?
No meat hype. Just eat clean and healthy food. Don't touch processed meat. Eat REAL meat. Avoid the injected chemical stuff. Get the organic and non injected animals.
Protein is found in plants but it's missing some key amino chains. The logic about animals eat plants (protein) so I now need to eat plants is primitive thinking. We have been designed with K9 teeth. We are designed to eat plants and animals
