I have 10-15lbs yet…just cause my body fat is still high for my height; my health and wellness etc! But sometimes ppl nowadays are against “weight loss” like it’s a bad thing. Seems like you have to watch who u tell that too or else they might get offended(for you)🙈us healthy mamas aka lifestyle wellness ppl know our bodies and when we need to adjust for our energy levels etc…🤌🏼🥂

Coffee routines are the BEST! I literally could watch them all day, lol! ☕️ I can’t do dried fruit due to the mold toxicity I have. Haven’t been consistent with my diet. Getting ready to make potassium broth to start fasting and raise potassium levels. We shall see.

Aww girl you are doing great !Mum life is an adjustment with the sleep etc. I cannot tell you how many times I have made my kitchen a disaster, spilled coffee, tripped up the stairs 😅 the list goes on lol

You are goals for any person, let alone for someone who just had a baby. Amazing! Not sure if I buy into the celery juice but I know dandelion is a dieretic so it makes sense that it debloats. Sometimes it's nice to clear out the system 😅

Can I ask why little to no carbs at dinner time? In the end isn’t it about less calories that help with weight loss? So whether you eat them during the day or in the evening, does it really matter?
