When she said that at around 11 ish, she makes her second meal of the day, I had to go back just to be sure that I was right that I hadn't missed her "first" meal! Turns out coffee was the first meal🙇
Hey and thank you for this video. I have a question. I've been watching all these videos on YouTube. About dieting, about bloating, about calories, about macros, pretty much about everything.
And one thing I've noticed is: nobody ever eats fruits. Sometimes some blue berries, but never apples and bananas or watermelon. Nothing. I get it fruits contain fruit sugar, but they're also super healthy. Is there no way to be skinny and fit and build muscle by including those fruits in your diet? For example instead of eating rice I'd eat a bunch of mixed fruit? Is makes me so sad cause I LOVE FRUIT
Why are none of the fitness models and influencers etc . Eating them? Not even as a snack..
I thought the Maca needed to be gelatinized not raw since I believe it is from the turnip family. I think raw is not desirable.
