RECIPES:

Breakfast:

– 1 banana blended
– 1 cup berries, blended
– 3 slices of toast
– 2 tbsp maple syrup
– extras could be seeds, choc chips, other fruit etc.

Lunch:

Makes 8-10

– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 red pepper chopped
– 1 onion, chopped
– 1 small garlic clove, crushed
– 325g tin sweetcorn, drained
– 1 cup any flour
– ½ tsp smoked paprika
– 2 eggs

Fry the onion, pepper and garlic for 5 mins until brown. Then add that in to the remaining ingredients and combine. Place on a stick proof baking dish for 10-15mins until cooked throughout.
Serve with any salad you like and poached eggs (:

Dinner:

– 500g 5% fat minced meat
– 1 tbsp mustard
– 2 slices bread, toasted and blended to make breadcrumbs
– 2 tins chopped tomatoes
– 2 onions, chopped
– 3 garlic cloves, crushed
– 2 tbsp tomato puree
– 1 tbsp sugar/or sweet replacement
– 1 carrot (finely grated)
– Tbsp soy sauce
– 1 stock cube
– 200g linguine

In a large mixing bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, minced meat, 1 chopped onion, 1 crushed garlic clove, 1 tbsp mustard and 1 tbsp tomato puree. Roll the mix into small balls (the size of pin-pong balls). Heat a large non-stick pan and add the onion, garlic and carrot and brown them for 5 minutes. Then add the sugar and soy sauce, mix and push to the side of the pan. Place the meatballs in the pan and keeping turning them until they’ve browned for 5 minutes. Then add the chopped tomatoes, stock cube, remaining tomato puree and extra water if too thick. Place a lid on the pan and simmer for 30minutes. Remove the lid and simmer for a further 10minutes or until the meatballs have cooked. Cook the pasta and serve together (: xx

Love the video!!! I had a quick question, I have been trying to get back to a normal calorie intake, I used to be super low, like in the 1200's and I now am at 2200. I exercise for 1:30 to 2 hours a day. The problem is, I still feel hungry and my workouts haven't been the best. I decided to increase my calories to 2400 to see what that does. When I did, my weight started trending down, and I had loads of energy and was sleeping better. This kept up for like 3 days, and then the one day I ate that intake again, and I still felt hungry and my weight started creeping back up. Am I eating too much, or with the amount of exercise that I do, am I eating too little?

Hi I notice you don’t really snack in between meals. I’m a person who eats 3 meals and 2 possible 3 snacks a day. This works for me but just wondering what you would snack on? I have anything from an apple with cashew butter, carrot and cucumber sticks, nakd bar, quinoa bar, home made cookies. I’m maintaining my weight doing this. Thanks. 😀

I made the meatballs today. They were DELICIOUS!! I don't cook much and usually there's a million ways I can make a recipe go wrong but these were easy and so so tasty! they actually look like they do in the video lol. Highly recommend!
