Instant Pot Tip- use a wooden spoon to release the steam, that way you can stay farther away from getting hit! Also before I do so I rotate my pot slightly, cause I also hate the idea of my cabinets getting drenched with steam too! 🙂

I have an instantpot and i realized that if I rotate it (in your case rotate is 90 degrees right) before i start cooking with it, the steam don't go on the cabinets it goes in the air and i can still push the buttons i need to!

I have Hashimotos, October 7th I started to get off sugar and eat better . I have been eating steel cut oats in the morning .Now, I saw a video where a Dr. says no grains . Just trying to make the best choices. Thank you for your videos .
