hey natacha!! dunno if you'll see this but was wondering how you worked up to 3000 calories- did you get the muscle mass from multiple bulks/cuts? I know you usually just stay around your TDEE so just wondering! also HOW do I know once I can up my calories? the online calculators don't know how much muscle mass I have! do you keep up with your body fat composition and enter that? or maybe you just test it out eating more and seeing if you gain or stay the same 😊 lemme know!!

I did gymnastics for a long time and have been training martial arts for almost 15 years now and just got into bodybuilding last year. Now I discovered calisthetics, which seems to be the perfect combination of all the other ones. I'd love to see more of your workouts and maybe how you train to learn certain movements or excercises.

I'm in the middle of a stupid dieting phase and your video was a breath of fresh air. A while ago I got so shocked when I realized I was eating 3000+ calories and freaked out. Food still makes me feel so guilty/anxious, I wish I'll manage to deal better with those feelings and just find a nice balance. You give hooooope
