RECIPES:
Avocado on Toast:
4 slices toast
1 medium avocado
Salt and pepper
Veg or protein of your choice
Put the bread in the toaster and meanwhile, cut up or mash a medium-large avocado. Spread it onto the toast and add whatever you like!! I used cucumber, tomatoes,egg and mushroom on mine (: Season and enjoy!!
Couscous and vegetable dish:
Couscous (dry)
Frozen peas (1 cup)
Roasted peppers x 2
Cherry tomatoes (handful)
150g per person of protein (I used prawns here)
Whatever else you’d like to add, all’s good here, just have a look round your cupboard (:
Boil the water. Then heat a non-stick frying pan. Choose whatever cooked protein you like and add it to the pan to heat up and brown. Pour in however much couscous you’d like to eat and add the water level with the couscous and cover until you need to serve. Add the remaining boiling water to the frozen peas to defrost them. Cut up any vegetables you have or like, after about 5 minutes the couscous will be cooked. Add everything into the bowl and top with your protein of choice! Easy peasy!!
Sweet potato, chickpea, chicken and feta salad:
1/s large sweet potato
1 can chickpeas
40g feta
1 small cooked beetroot
Honey (to taste)
Salt and pepper
Big handful of spinach leaves
Heat a pan to high heat, cut 1/2 a large sweet potato in small cubes and add to the hot pan, season and add 1/2 cup water and cover. Leave for 3mins or until the sweet potato is cooked and no water is left. Reduce the heat, drain a can of chickpeas and add them to the pan to heat through. Cut a precooked beetroot and about 40g feta into small chunks and add into a big mixing bowl with some spinach leaves. Add the sweet potato and chickpeas and mix. Serve with protein of your choice, a tsp honey and squeezed lemon. Bon appetit!!

Mmmh r u sure about your Amounts of protein ? your breakfasts said 24 g of protein I could only see one egg and your tea said 54 g of protein but all I could see was a chicken breast and some chickpeas.?

How can you start eating more without gaining fat? I’ve tracked my macros as well as done intermitting fasting and I still have some fat around my mid area 😭😭. I’m 5’2 and weigh 120 pounds so you can really see the weight on me 😩. I do resistance training 3-4 times a week I want to gain muscle but I’m sooo scared to eat more because I feel like more fat is going to build up on my stomach.. any tips? 😞

I can maintain my weight eating a 1200 Monday-Friday and eating whatever I want on the weekend, but if I EVER mess up on the weekdays or go a little too overboard on the weekend I gain instantly and QUICKLY. I end up eating way too little during the week to make up for it! What do you do if the second you eat a little over 1200 you gain weight? I’m so short so I gain quickly and I’m dying! I only have time for a short 15 minute workout! 😭 Idk what to do and I’m miserable! I just finished working out and my husband brought home cookies! 🙄😐😂

I've always looked at graze snack in the shops but have cheaked the sugar content on a couple and there over 12g! Are they good for you? Whole foods? Would love to buy them if they are better for me then I think 🙂

Hi! I have been watching all your videos today and stumbled across this one that I haven’t seen yet. This is so random and irrelevant and you probably won’t read this and if you do you’re just going to find me and this so weird but oh well. I live in Sweden and My absolute favourite thing in this world is Aromat. I have it on everything and during my childhood I would take a spoon and eat it raw. Once I had nine fishes and at the time I named them I was seven years old. Seven of them were called Chicken Nugget (naturally because of my love for chicken nuggets) and one was called Fredrik (normal Swedish name, idk why) and the last one was named Aromat. Sadly, all of them died because I refused to feed them anything else than Aromat. I have no idea why the fuck I am telling you this I just got so excited that someone in this world, especially someone outside Sweden, likes this spice as much as I or at least close to my love.
