Crazy what photoshop can do on the thumbnail he looks decent but when you see the video at the end he looks nothing like the thumbnail picture looks soft and normal

Tbh I didn't watch u since july 2019 just because i was busy and stuff and lost interest. But i'm so happy that i clicked on this one.
1. This workout might really help me. I've been training for 5 years 5-7 days per week. I was bro splitting, not to gain weight, but more to have more diversity. I really didnt enjoy training the last year but this might help me
2. Your videos are fun to watch 😀 you have such an excitement for everything u talk about and thats motivational man

I need Lex as a workout buddy or a personal trainer! My life has been hit rock bottom and I am desperately trying to find myself and remake myself again but I'm depressed and having a very rough time getting out of this hole my life has become. I really enjoy watching Lex and sympathize when he has to get body adjustments. I know i'm female and all so workout routines and general fitness would be different…i'm just stuck in a slump after losing my husband 9 months ago and feel I am just muddling and floundering through life right now.

2 to 3 body parts. Chest and back. Shoulder bi Tri. Back and bi. Shoulders and arms. Legs. 4 sets each muscle. 12 sets. Plus the 12 in 3 days time is 24 sets. Some muscles get 3 sets rather than 4. Abs are like minimum 2 days a week these days.. hate working them. Used to be obsessed with abs and would be daily or every other day but it's always painful.. and can deter me from even training main muscles some days so kicking my ab addiction lmao
