OMG!!! After 1,5 years I just GET BACK to your videos and start exercise again. Well, today is the first day and after 15 minutes I can tell how much my body and muscles aren't in shape. I remember the very first time I did one of your videos – and I started with the same one today – I was dying but it motivated me to continue. You two are the only one I feel good to exercises with. But going to the another point – what is/are the best exercises to SLIM CALVES?
