Thank you for the explanation. Makes a lot of sense.
I have actually experienced it first hand. The more I have worked to strengthen my core and glutes, the less my lower back pain seems to be, especially during my periods. Just goes to show, the whole body is one long kinetic chain. Building up the stronger 'links' will take the pressure off from the weaker link in between.
