I have better results with 12-15 than 8-12 when Im not using. On stuff the 8-12 works better I dont know why.

geting baked before a session is fucking stupid-omarassmuff i can rely to this, ive been stoned 5 sessions or some, first session i was squating and lost 225 podunds back and made it so the little finger smashed into the security edge and split it up all the way into the bone, 1 year later the finger still doesnt work,never will. second time i lost a 45pound plate from squat height right on my big toe and crushed the bones, still not recovered, third i lost balance on the bench and randoms had to help me out, so 1/4 chances to get lucky, take this story serious cause it is, dont smoke before a session, and if your gonna do some easy volume bodybuilding shit, dont go for a pr on the squat bench or didlift
