Appreciate your video! My 1st 2 pregnancies, I healed so fast and didn’t have a stretch mark! I was in better shape by my 3rd pregnancy with twins. Unfortunately at 39, now 41, with 2 two year olds, it seems there is nothing that is going to help. No exercise in the world is going to fix the separation I have. If there was a way to avoid surgery I would. I also had a C-section for the twins. I’m just not comfortable looking pregnant when I’m not and people having attitudes that I’m just not working hard enough at it. I have skinny arms and legs so I feel a bit disfigured. I’m glad you did mention some of us will not achieve improvement without surgery! Most of the YT vids have women that have had one child. Like I said after my first two single pregnancies, no separation, no stretch marks, no problem. Third pregnancy with full term twins and I’m just not able to snap back!
