Ok, after a hip/thigh injury and allergy attack I need to get back on track. What a better way than joining with a abs challenge!
Sometimes I feel my greater trochanteric. I know shifting my foot a litle outwards reduces the pain. Do you have more tips?
I cannot find the videos, when I click on play list I got a 20-min. belly fat blasting cardio Ab workout, the best workout for apple shape, Yoga poses, Abs, etc… Is this the list for the 31 day flat abs challenge?

You're the first person I've found that fulfills everything I wanted in my journey of losing weight. You wear appropriate clothing because we're here to workout not show our body differences, you encourage us, and you do it too! I love working out with a buddy and I don't think I'll ever stop your workouts. The fact that you upload videos regularly is amazing. It has become a daily habit for me to just take the half our to get my heart rate up. I'm studying nutrition in school right now and if anyone asks how I've gotten in shape you'll be the first person I show them! Thank you so much for caring about your own health and having fun with everyone else to express the importance of being happy and feeling good.

I have been working out with Jessica since the beginning of the year and I love it, and her. However, last week was not a good week, I was not feeling well and did not eat well either. Nevertheless, I am back on it. Excited and ready to go.
Done with the "Fat Burning, Full Length 30-minute Low Impact…Cardio Core Fusion Flow. Awesome workout!

Hi Jessica – When I click on the link for workout #11 Single Sided Strength (strength training, core, abs, total body workout) … I get #12 Cardio Pilates. (So #12 seems to be listed twice). Tried several times from 2 different computers, since I was not sure if the issue was on my end. Moving on to #13 and will try again later. Thanks!
Hi Jessica and all! I'm in…..I'm late but I'm in (just found out about it today) I've been moving and am settled back in and ready to work! Thank you so much for being here….I found you actually after purchasing the Women's Abs Workout, which I played constantly and figured I needed something new, BUT I wanted YOU in it! Thank God for Google! I did the first workout today, and will continue on with modifications as needed. Let's do this!
How do you know which one to do on which day?

hmm…i'm interested to do the challenge but if everyday is a new exercise that means you can never master any of them. Shouldnt the format have been "do the same video for a week, then another, harder one for a week, and so on, until you've done about 4 or 5 videos in 31 days?" or "do a different video every day for 5 days, then come back and do them all over again?"
